Burqa - To ban or not to ban?

We should not ban the burqa, nor should we compel it's use. 

It should be a womens choice to wear or not to wear any clothing they choose.

Other countries may wish to compel the wearing of a Burqa, but we are no better than them if we ban it's use. As we would be equally destroying the rights of the wearer, not empowering them.
