In a country as small as NZ, with our falling birthrates, etc, this would be a very foolish idea.

Reasons for Remain Neutral
New Zealand needs to look at all options for immigration services and visas and in particular, could look towards North America where there is a lottery based system applied for visas. While i don't disagree, i don't agree either as there are pros and cons to this system being used. It is something that should be further explored.
