Current system has a blunt cut off at 40%
I agree because child support is supposed to be in the interests of the children and by garnishing a parents earnings to maximise the main carers earnings and not taking into consideration the care provided by that parent makes it very difficult for them to support their child whilst in their care.
shared care should be shared care..no equalling of parents incomes should be necessary
