Reasons To AgreeIsrael wants all the land between the Mediterranean and the River Jordan. It definitely doesn't want to see a Palestinian state, as a competitor, in that area. In fact, it would like to get rid of all the Palestinians, and complete the ethnic cleansing it started in 1948. 11 August 2006
There is an old Zionist quote: "This side of the river Jordan is ours, and so is the other". Even the supposedly Dovish elements of Israeli politics are grotesquely anti Palestinian. One has only to think of Golda Miers statement that Palestinians as a people do not exist. Imagine if someone had made that statement about the Jewish people. 1 September 2007

Palestinain terrorists should be considered an obstacle too, as they hold up any progress in the already fragile peace process.
