Reasons To AgreeThis is true if you just do a little research. Leaving immigration aside, which is controllable by government, the population of NZ will decline in 10-15 years if there was a balance in emigration/immigration. As retirees also like to move to the coast, or into smaller units, it is likely that we will have again a glut of large 3 bedroom villas in about 10 years. 26 April 2007
They don't want houses. Want apartments where they can move into and are not leaky or able to see people in windows. They want good quality. 17 August 2014

Will it? How do you know? Many of them are die hard city dwellers and high density dwellings are very low maintenance...This is speculative in the extreme.
I don't consult crystal balls.
