Reasons To Disagree
Free treatment programs see every minor case fill waiting lists while serious cases remain untreated. medical Staff in Schools (like the dental Nurse) to identify potentially serious conditions and then arrange emergency access to our already free hospital system would lighten the workloads of overworked GP's and keep minor injuries out of the system. By providing First Aid treatment on site the ability to reduce later complications by prompt treatment .
Most Schools in the Developed world have Nurses on staff. Its a model that works and has a much lower cost overhead. It also focussed on need and such triage helps free up much needed mediacl resources.
Yes make people without children pay for the care of those that do. Ohh wait that it really bad, no lets make people take responsibility for their own situations.

Reasons To Agree
i'd add secondary schooling too.
I would suggest low cost primary medical care for everyone. It is cheaper to pay for a GP visit now than a hospital visit later.
people might not have the money
I guess I can accept that alright.
We should have low cost primary medical care for everyone. A lot of people can not afford it..It is cheaper to pay for a GP visit now than a hospital visit later.

Reasons for Remain Neutral
I am torn on this issue. On the one hand I like the idea that children are not denied needed medecal attention because of a parents lack of money, on the other, any system that favours one citizen over another is discriminatory and should be discouraged.
Where is the money??
