Public transport isn't infrequent at all. Please give me examples of where you think it is.

Plan ahead. Use the bus or train. Employers should be more amenable to people who use public transport.

One and a half hours and three transport changes to travel on pubilc transport, to avoid a twenty min car trip. I don't think so.

In Auckland cancellation of a service is a regular event. Penalties should be given to the operator when they do not deliver and a replacement service put in place, like they do in other parts of the country ie Christchurch.
