The world is gradually becoming secular.People want security, a chevy in their garage and cable tv. They dont want endless wars or martyred kids.

The muslim desire to take over the world has been around for centuries, a war on terroists will not change this desire

I agree - but Muslim terrorists are like children, they have to be taught that to live with the grown-ups, it's not alright to bully the local kids and take all their toys. I don't actually understand what they want (they already have all the oil) other than perhaps taking over the world and that always ends badly (see Star Wars).

I have to laugh when I read the allegations by other voters that Muslims want to "take over the world". What on earth do they think the United States is trying to do?

People should leave other people alone no matter what. Because of American policies it is only driving countries of "axis of Evil" into a corner where they'll resort to more violent more volitile actions to survive. It is America who is really evil so it has no right to say whos evil or not.

Terrorism is a form of warfare, and a bad one if you are trying to rally the civilian population to your cause, but why are terrorists always thought of as being Muslim? Terrorism is simply a method they have adopted.
