Reasons To Disagree
with out conditions dictators can swindle money There should be a number of conditions imposed for any aid. There needs to be conditions to make sure that the money really is helping those in need and not feeding a corrupt government expolit its nation. there should be enough conditions to ensure the money helps the citizens not the wallets of corrupt government officials. why should any hard worker give any off there money to the poor,if you or your country earn it then it should be for yourself.thats the other countrys fault if there poor not ours,i mean we make huge 30.000 donations every year NZ is poor as well.....see our people here moaning about low income, can not live on income .

i believe that the government should give millions of dollars to help the poor We have millions of dollars to give the poor in 3rd world countries
